Folds to tag btn who makes it 2.25x.. hero has qjcc ???

This seens like such a slam dunk shove spot but is there any reason to nit it up since there are 3 short stacks? 20k+ wouldnt be life changing to me but def a big score. I jus wanna know what other mtt regs would do in this spot since button should be raising there close to 100% with stack sizes.

I dont mind actually flatting here and trying to hit the flop and x/f if you miss. I can see making a case for jamming possibly and I guess this is profitable but with the payouts and shorter stacks waiting to bust I think I would prefer the flat.

dont think calling for icm reasons is bad

Both options are fine, it depends on the risks you want to take.
-Shove has the benefit of putting him the icm pressure, he will be raising most of hands with that stack situation and have a really tough spot with hands like KQ, A9-AT due to icm considerations.
-Call is fine too, your hand plays well postflop and crushes his OR range, and you take less risks.

2nd in chips is gonna raise there so often and can even fold slightly better hands due to icm, doesnt seem close in my mind but flatting def a new perspective for me 20ish bbs in icm spots

i like putting this hand in my defend range, and I'm not sure how much we can count on villain to play perfect ICM if we shove. Hand plays pretty well oop and we are still well ahead of the shorties when we c/f flop
