I think I missed some value on the flop, should I bet the flop?

Don’t really understand the question, villain had Jack high no pair no draw so there isn’t really value missed ? Check is fine with range as is a 30% pot bet , hand all appears fine though

Lets raise it up a little bit more preflop, I know you want action but if they're willing to put in 280 who's to say they won't put in 330, or 380. Checking the flop is fine, you can argue a bet but a CR will put you in an awkward spot, so I personally would check too. Put in a slightly bigger bet on the turn, 350-450 would work as well and we want him to pay to draw, as well as trick him into thinking his weaker hand has value because you checked the flop. River bet you almost always have to call, unless you have a great read on your opponent, you will only ever called by a better hand.

check flop is standard, how are we getting x3 streets now vs a worse holding? And you want to minimise the pot for the times he shows up with a K.

x2 streets is fine, you played it well

the only way is to bet bigger turn and river, mostly turn though is where I can see maybe another 150-200 chips. Not sure how much more you expect to have extracted here.

I think you missed value pre-flop and on the turn. I would have raised a little more pre (about 310 to 320) and I would have bet about 380 on the turn. Which may make his river bluff bigger as well.

Betting this flop is only getting you paid on 2 streets if villain has a flush draw and you bet the turn. If villain has an 8 you get paid either way on one street and maybe a second street depending on your image.
