Context : It is a 115€ live tournament in my local casino. There are 42 players left in a total field of 80. Starting stack was 15K and I had about 30K when this hand arrived. We were playing 7-handed at my table at that moment. I would like to have your thoughts about my play and what I could/should have done differently. I tried to control the size of the pot by betting myself small instead of getting no info and letting my opponent drive the action and possibly bluff big.

Blinds : 400-800; Ante 800

Hero - SB (~30K)
Villain - BB (18K)

Preflop: Hero is SB with A, A.
Everybody folds. Hero raises to 2100. BB calls.

Flop: 8, 8, 9
Hero bets 1700. Villain calls.

Turn: 7
Hero bets 2200. Villain calls.

River : 3
Hero bets 3300. Villain shoves for his 11200 remaining. Hero ?

Just me (and maybe wrong), but on paired board here, I'll play x/c OOP.

Agreed. Triple barreling is very ambitious here. You gotta slow down at some point. I think the turn seems like a good spot.

At the same time, with 3ish SPR getting it in cannot be a massive mistake

Many thanks for your replies guys. For the record, Villain turned over 89 for a FH. With the line I took, I conviced myself during the hand that if he shoved the river, I would definitely fold but I got kind of frustrated it actually happened and called it off anyway :-D
I think it's always kind of tricky to have a hand like Aces in a battle of the blinds situation cause you often get too excited about it without thinking you can actually lose the hand :-p
