Blinds 100/200, Hero has KK in the cutoff, with a 16k stack. LoJack opens to 600 with a 24k stack. Hero 3 bets to 2k, LoJack flats, 4300 in pot. Flop is 3,5,T rainbow. Hero c-bets 3k, LoJack shoves. What’s the decision and why?

Played mspt a bunch and a lot spazzy plays like this. I will say this, the type of donks that shove 60bb post flop on that texture, typically don't 3x pre with 33 or 55. I think we see QQ&JJ&AT an awful lot here and yeah some TT (and a small bit of AA)

Bet a little less OTF unless you're trying to induce AT, JJ, QQ into thinking you have AK and wanting to jam for protection.

Villain here in early position is check-raising all-in on this board with what hand that he just flatted after your pre-flop 3-bet? Can he ever have AA here? Yes, but not really likely. If he's going to slow-play you with AA pre, then on this dry board, why would he shove? rest of his range includes QQ, JJ, TT, 99, AT, and maybe AK on a bluff. 33 and 55 are in play, but also unlikely that he would shove here rather than value-bet or just flat your c-bet since he's not worried about much. I think I just call him off and if he has a set or AA then he wins.

When a line feels weird and there are legitimate value hands you can beat (like JJ-QQ) we have to be ok making the call.

I'm calling here. the purpose of me calling is to put myself in a position to win this pot when I have a monster when i'm most likely ahead. who gives a **** if we lose the pot or win it. we called. that is winning son.

Snap-fistpump call for sure. Smaller on flop in general on this texture, we don't want to blow him off hands when we are strong, we don't want to c-bet this big with AQ, AK hands.
