6 handed - BB 21,000

We'd been playing pretty snug and were currently sitting with 350k. 81 remain and it pays to 72.

LJ folds. HJ opens to 50,000. CO folds. Hero (BU) has AcTc - what's the play? If we jam, what part of HJ's opening range should they call off with? Are they ever calling off with anything we dominate?

For ref, SB has approx 470k and BB has approx 550k.

Easy shove. What are you waiting for; AKs, KK+?

Either you have enough fe or equity vs range. Would not call all in here as the bubble is still a factor but shoving has to be the best play by far.

Just jam it , your equity vs their ranges is in big domination , so just jam it

17 BB this close to the money is not an easy shove. Perhaps it should be, but we have plenty of chips to make the $, and are rarely, dominating when called.

I think the other responders are dismissing the bubble factor because of the buy in amount. Would we have an easy shove if It was an 11K buy in, instead of $11?

It doesn't really matter. To answer the second question, yes, they probably have to call off A9s, and they may feel inclined to call off any suited A. So yeah there are some hands we dominate that are calling.

If they fold these, that's also a pretty good result for us, bc it means they're also folding hands like QJs, Q9s, K9s, KJo etc which have pretty good equity against our hand.

Even if we are ALWAYS dominated when called here, that doesn't mean it's not still a +EV play, bc it means V will have folded a lot of his range.
