Hello, would like to have your opinion regarding this hand.

About opponent:
Unknown player (12 hands with him). Only seen him calling PFR on blinds with A6o and 97o.

Raise/fold/call on Pre-flop? - In this situation i called 3bet, but thinking about it now maybe it would have been better to 4-bet with the intention to fold if we see a 5-bet. (Doubt he would 5-bet with worse than QQ+, AQs+, so we are hoping for a split at best)

Call/Fold on River? - In this situation i made the call on river thinking opponent was holding a hand like 88,99,TT, KQ, AK, AQ. Opponents check on turned seemed like a weakness (like AK that missed the flop). Would like to hear your opinion regarding how to play on this river.

PF probably a 4bet vs co open and btn 3bet. Playing 3ways oop is not ideal.

River looks like a call. I don't see us having a better hand except maybe JJ.

Not sure about flatting pre, If you 3-bet you are getting a lot of chips in so maybe a flat is okay. But you really need to check-raise on the flop.

Passive poker is losing poker.

He has no bluffs and you got owned. Way too passive earlier in the hand.
