First off, I don't like the preflop play as you're essentially turning QQ into a set mine and putting yourself into uncomfortable spots like this one. Utg+1 has great odds to call and you're OOP against two players with an overcard likely to land on the flop.

With that said, as played, I think I may even find a fold on the turn here. MP's 3b pre now looks very strong based on his stats and even if you aren't facing a set here (99, to be exact) you're probably seeing AA/KK a lot. Can't see how I'd call the river.

You don't have Qc which increases his bluff combos but I don't think it matters.

Ya 191 hands is a good enough sample showing 3.8 3b to say his range is tight. Especially facing an ep open. I think it is played correctly pre though, not sure I like 4b/f there and only juicing the pot oop if he flats. Think I float flop and give up turn as played

Usually going for the 4 ball pre. As played, getting to the river and folding.

Yeah..

I mean I put myself in a tough situation because the whole time I'm thinking he has KK+ here honestly. I knew I couldn't fold pre, so I had to see a flop. I don't see the merit in 4betting this guy at 40/80 in a tournament above my ABI esp vs this specific villain.

Thanks guys.

If you really felt that you had a strong read that he had KK then fold the turn and don't tell anyone. If you call the turn then you made a mistake or weren't convinced he had KK.
