No. I played there a few times through the winter of 07-08 when visiting family. Came back the next winter, asked the bartender about the game and he looked at me like i was crazy.

Oh, the bar kinda sucked too. Funny how it used to feel like a decent bar when there was a game.

Anyways, I might be relocating this summer and would be interested in c'ston games.

Well we started a straight flush jackpot 5 weeks ago for the cash game and it got its cherry popped saturday night! We had 2 tables running for 1/2 NL with the game starting at 7pm and at midnight it finally got hit for $2400. It was one of my long time regulars so I was glad he hit it....about 30mins later it got hit again at the 2nd table for $500....to qualify you must use both hole cards and it must be 10 high or better...quite an exciting night to say the least. Games are run on Tues and Sats if any locals want to swing by shoot me a PM.

Minimally to only cover expenses and for the jackpot....there are 4 or 5 members here than play or have played that will verify this.

It's a great set-up and well run game. I've played in it before, it's just a little too far (over an hour one way) for me to be a regular, but still a great set-up.

Greenville. I figured if you were from there, you'd have heard that. Lots of people I know call it this for some reason (although I am not originally from here so not sure if there's any decent reasoning behind it at all). I too have to drive about 45 min. to get to that game... still considering it. Looks like a good time and a good crowd.

A game with a rake of any kind, especially one that would fund 2 jackpots worth $2,900 in one night, belongs in the non-traditional thread. Please post there in the future. Thanks.

Sounds like locals who call Raleigh "Raleigh-wood."

The Jackpots werent funded in one night, they had been growing for almost 2 months of games that run twice a week and nearly 12hrs for each game....its a $1/$1 cash game with buy ins from $40 to $100. Its not a for profit game for me, eneely u should make a road trip to come join us one night....u would love it!

<post deleted>

I've PM'ed partyof5insc about this game. Until we get this settled, do not post about this game, except in the Non-Traditional Game sticky.

For those of you that are wondering about the Sun Cruz going out of MB it is running every day and for the most part the poker is pretty solid, with the exception of Tuesdays and Wednesday day cruises. On the way out to the gaming waters they are running a SnG from 70 to 110 depending on the day. They are running 2-5nl with 100 min bi 400max and some other tbls are 200 min bi 500max. On the weekends they have some crazy action and it is a fun game and from time to time one of the owners of the boat plays! The dealers are pretty chill and will do things like run it twice drop the rake and just about anything else you want to do within reason.

I really like the new boat when I was down last, the poker room is top notch! Really good action with terrible players!

This topic should go to B&M. There is probably already a thread there.
