so Im a 2p2 mod staying in walking distance of the Treasury Casino in brisbane til at least the end of March 2013. Ill be at the Treasury a few nights a week unless my 1k runs out. It was a good table.

I think my two noobish out of turn actions early in the night helped me get action. After two lol mistakes like that I basically decided to actually pause for a few seconds before doing anything so I wouldn't **** up again. Hehe

I am new to the forum and I know this is an old thread sorry to bump.

I am from Brisbane too and am looking to joining and/or hosting a home poker game. Unfortunately my circle of friends and family are not poker players so I have been left to playing online (which does gets boring on your own).

Any games happening? or is there still interest in getting a game going?

I know of quite a few home games in Brisbane. Happy to forward contacts, probably better over pm to be honest so message me with what nights and what stakes and i'll forward you contact. FYI most of the 'not quite legal' games charge 5% ish capped, but include dinner etc.
