Hi everyone,
First of all, i'm pretty new here on 2+2 so bear with me if I don't know anything about how this site works...
I have a question:
I live in Brisbane, Australia. I want to play live cash games, but don't want to have to go to Treasury Casino.. because it sucks... Does anyone from brisbane know of any poker clubs or open home games around Brissy?

Hey Guys,
I'm in the same boat as well. Rake at Treasury is ridiculous. I'm looking at playing 1/2 blinds as well. I'm new to PLO but am willing to play a mixed game with NLHE. Does anyone know of any games (preferably NLHE) that are played in Brisbane or GC? If not, we should seriously get a game going!

Ok, so we have Five people on here who want a game, I have three other friends who would come and play. We could do a six max cash game or if we could get a few more we could do a two six max tables. I'm happy to organise it but it will be in Brisbane.
Can we agree on 1/2 uncapped NLHE.

Well as you can see, we've been trying to organise a home game. To my disappointment, no one on here has sent me an email regarding a game, nor have they contacted me to help set one up. I thought this would be promising, unfortunately not. If you here about any games, please tell me as I'm eager!

Hey all,

I throw a micro game most weeks in bris, normally 25/50c, normally have between 4-7 players but always keen for more. Great location, serious but relaxed! Good quality cards & chips.

This week's is tonight if y'all are keen for some micro fun

EDIT: Mainly NLHE with some PLO thrown in from time to time

EDIT AGAIN!: Just read the sticky, there is DEFINITELY NO RAKE!! If you wanna donate a blind or two to help cover cost of cards that's cool, but I'm sure I can survive without it
