I play in BigNad's game all the time (since it was in Brooklyn), and its a very professional setup and gets off 7 days a week. The quality of the action varies greatly from night to night but the people running the game and dealers working the game are top notch. The game is honest and the rake is excellent for NYC. Overall I would recommend it to anyone looking to play in Manhattan.

If anyone is looking to play in Brooklyn, please PM me, as I host a $1-2 game with straddles and all the good stuff twice a week at my place in Williamsburg, a block off Bedford ave right off the 1st stop of the L and near the JMZ.

CubKiller -- Search the community postings on craigslist. I haven't gone to any games yet (I don't really have a BR) but checking there once or twice a week I've learned about a few games.

If you ever wind up playing with me (Joby) be sure to say hi.

re: Pay-to-Play (Any Type of Rake) Game Listings

Question regarding "Traditional" vs "Non-Traditional" games.

I run a small 10 player tournament every Wednesday Night in the S.F. Bay Area. The buy-in is $10+$5 donation, with $10 re-buys for the first 5 levels. 100%+ of the donation goes to refreshments, end of season trophy's, and free-roll for the top 8 players at season end. Being that I do not profit from the game and all of the "add-on's" goes back into the game, would my game be considered "Traditional" or "Non-Traditional"?

First post to forum, and don't want to post my game in the wrong area, thank you for your input!
