Also, before COVID, was running a 5/10 Stud 8/ Omaha 8/ Razz and 2-7 TD game with a dealer ($10 to the dealer) and no rake 2x/month, or so, that I would love to get started back up

Hosting this Saturday 01/15, looking to make this a monthly or potentially biweekly NLHE game.

The game will begin at 2 pm. It will begin $1/$1 unless table prefers to outright make it $1/$2.
After 7 pm the game will then become $2/$2.

Brand new poker table, chairs, and chips.
Lunch will be served at 3 pm and Dinner will be provided 8 pm.
Fully stocked fridge - water, soda, canned alcohol.

Hi everyone,

My friends and I have been playing in our own Manhattan home game for years (no rake).

It's just something to do on a Friday night.

We usually play 3 or 4 sit n go's.

Usually $10 with a rebuy or $20 with a rebuy. It's rare otherwise, but usually top 2 just split the pot.

Goal is to have fun with the potential to win some (a very little amount of) money - but def also goal that we don't want anyone losing a bunch of money.

We need 2 or 3 more regulars. Looking for safe players that don't really drink that much and understand that this is not a game to really make money at, it's just something to do on a Friday night with friends. One thing we do ask though - is that you act when it's your turn to play (call, fold, raise, etc...).
