I host a monthly tourney at my house and thought it might be time to add a few players to the mix. We have been playing monthly for more than seven years, and have varied the buyins and of course the amount of people. Was highest right after boom started (36 at the highest down to about 21 or so for the last few years). We have room for four full tables, but I'd say 36 was tight.
Buyin is $40- includes beer,soda, and snacks ( house collects nothing extra from pot, so usually $25 -30 out prize pool).
8500 in chips
20 minute levels
Add-on at the end of round 3 $20 for extra 4k in chips.
One rebuy available if you go broke first 2 levels
Game starts around 8:30 on Fridays. Cash games(general home game stuff,nothing crazy) start as people get knocked out. Tourney usually ends between 1&2.
Payout is top 4 up to 24

First off, The game is in Collingswood NJ. Saying South Jersey is just a bit to big an area.
Blinds start at 25/50, and increase from there each level. Antes start round 4 at 25 per player. We give a lot of chips to promote play.
Cash games are usually $2 cap on bets unless we are playing PL games. Games vary, but most of the basics and a few stupid ones to boot (midnight baseball). Mostly just recreational players... and a few degens too.
