The only request for 'input' that may enter the equation is if whoever does the writing for Ken's office on this one elected to ask the Requestor to clarify something or narrow the scope of the request. This is not the same as when an agency places something out for public comment.
And given that the interpretations by that office on simple things like the Texas Public Information Act are noted for bending depending on who made the request for records, I don't view this as the earth-shattering issue that the shills make it out to be.
But hey, I only have dealings with the OAG on a weekly basis in the course of the work I do on behalf of clients...
