I bring it up cause had another issue at Crown the other day
It was a new 2/3 table, forced to wait 10 minutes for the tray to be unlocked. This was at half past the hour, so we waited until 20 to the hour and still had to pay the full time.
The dealer hadnt even asked for the key to the tray, and when questioned just shrugged his shoulders and said "They know I'm here so they should know I need to the key"
In this time about 4 different floor people walked past and he never stopped one of them, eventually it took a player to grab a floor when they walked past
Was an absolute joke, the time charge for 2/3 and 2/5 is unbelievable and they never let up on it, its the sole reason I would look for a home game to play at
The more I think about that room and the more I go there, the more I realise how poorly run it is
Yeh, technically speaking, dealers are trained well, but in terms of a lot of small things like opening tables dealers don't get enough info at all before they got on the floor so **** like that will happen... If it was me I woulda been charging half time at the maximum, but half the time If i was opening a table on an hour then I just didn't even take any time.
