I am putting together a small stakes, NL Hold'em, tourny style game in Arlington. I live right across the street from the Pentagon City metro. The people committed so far are real chill and just looking to have some beers and relax. No entry fee, blinds raise quick to get everyone home at a decent hour. Let me know if you want more info!

I've relocated to the NoVA area, and am looking for a home game.
Preferably either small stakes cash (2/5 or lower), or tournament style.

I'm a decent recreational player, early 40's, with a real job, so it's just for fun and a break from the real world.

Am a regular at Alex's game since last year. Never seen or heard about this. Get paid always on the spot and on time. No idea who this guy is. Alex is credible and runs the best home game in DC. Good food and free drinks. Rake is high at 8$ but cast of characters and play are unbeatable.

Same^^^ We might even be playing in some of the same circles.

Long time lurker on 2p2 and finally made an account, but if you're looking for another game (weekly tourney) then I know of one on Tuesday nights in NW DC. Small stakes $50+$20, room for up to 16.

The game used to pull in 20+ easily, but now down to a few regulars and could use more.

I have a mostly regular game 3-4 times a month. Fridays or Saturdays.
I am hosting small stakes NLHE this Friday, and Saturday Mixed NL/PLO/PLO8 $1/$1 on Saturday.

Not sure that Columbia, MD / MD Live area qualifies as DC area, but wondering if the small stakes PLO action is perking up in home games given the rake increase at MDL? (1/2 or smaller.)
