I dont have a tourney later this month. But my plan if I can get enough interest is 10 people 12 weeks. 200 a night. 100 to prize pool 100 to league. winner gets 12k for main event and expenses. You would have to pay for the league fee each week whether you show up or not

1/1 or 1/2 is fine. I'm just not a tourney guy but let me know if you have an extra seat in a cash game.

I'm hosting a $50 NL Holdem Tournament this Friday, 2/17 at 8pm. It's Event #7 of our League. There are still great advantages of joining our league. We profit-share based on the number of events you play. We have a Freeroll at the end of the season for all league members to earn a seat in the Summer Showdown.

Even if you don't plan on playing as a league member, you can still play in the tournaments without paying the league fee. Our events are two table events, and we keep adding new players. Come join us. Let's see how many 2p2ers we can get at our next event. We typically have 6 or 7, but we can do better.

I'm hosting Event #8 of our league, Friday, 3/2 at 8PM. It's a $50 NL Holdem Tournament with a $0.25-0.50 NL Holdem Cash Game after.

Last week, we had 12 players for the tournament and 10 for the cash game. We've never had a bigger cash game.

Any games in Danbury-ish area? New Haven is too far from West Point for me, might as well drive to Foxwoods at that point. =/

Idk about Danbury but New Haven is like 1/2 the distance to Foxwoods

Our league is a NL Holdem league where we mix up the format (Deep, Rebuy, Freezeout, Bounty, Addon, etc). Our post-tourney cash game is pretty good. We usually run 2 tables - an all NL Holdem table (0.25-0.50) and a $1-1 PL HOP (holdem, omaha, crazy pineapple) Game.

Interesting. What times do your games usually go? 25c/50c NL I'll do. Tourney buy in?

Usually 55 plus 15 if you are in the league. Joining the league is worth it. We give away like 4 seats to a nice tournament at Foxwoods or Mohegan and we all get a %. So the members from last year have money coming to us

We start at 8pm sharp for the tournament. After that, the cash game can start anywhere from 9:30-10:30 and run until about 2:30 (that's generally when I kick people out after they help clean up).

As you read, tourney buy-in is $55 plus a $15 league fee which is used to send league winners to bigger tournaments ($300-500) next summer.

The $0.25-0.50 NL Holdem cash game buy-in is from $20-50. The $1-1 PL HOP game buy-in is $40-100.

In the past we've had a Buy-in to the Max policy, but I'm changing it this year. After someone goes over double the max buy-in, then I'll relax the buy in to 200 BBs (Max). We had a guy buy-in for $400 at 0.25-0.50. That was a little nuts.

Hey Everyone, Event #4 is scheduled. Even though this event is for our league, non-league members can play. So, PM me if you're interested. Do so quickly so I can get you the relevant information.

Friday, January 18th at 8pm.
NL Holdem
DeepStack Tourney
Buy-In: $95 for T12,500 in Chips (Blinds start at 25-50)
Early Bonus: All players who arrive by 7:50 will start with an extra T1,000.

It's a good game with some tough competition - ask wesrwood, badhabit, napkins, New Nickname, pogoman444, and others (sorry if I forgot all the screennames).
