I just moved from NJ to SW Fairfield County, CT about a year ago. Does anyone have any info on good home games in the area? I would think there should be some good games around. Figure it would be a good way to meet some people and play some pokerz at the same time and it would beat going to Foxwoods.

If you don't know of any games but would be interested in a game in the area, drop me a PM. If there is enough interest then I may opt to host a game and see how that goes.

New Haven is a bit of a hike (45min or so, but hey, that's 1/2 the distance to the casinos). Any details re: stakes/players?

The hosts of the New Haven games posts here. There is also a league they are forming. Details are somewhere on the Home Poker front page. Search for League in CT

After tournaments, we play $0.25-$0.50 NLHE. I'm hearing that we'll throw in some late night PLO.

There's a nice game in Derby right off rt. 8.

4-5 tables, Tuesdays 7:00 PM, $30 buy in. 1 Rebuy & 1 Add on ($15 each)

Usually 1/2 cash game afterward.

I played at one of these in Ansonia. I assume by either the same guy or by a guy in the same circle. I was less than impressed by the evening as a whole.
