I found the quote from stick to be completely devoid of any fundamental understanding of market analysis in comparative competitive environments. If you were to consider the implications of his actions as they relate to other markets and common results thereof, you would see that St1ck is causing a huge conflict of interest which ignores cost/benefit analysis.

It is true. There was no pre-history, as I have never attempted to steal from you. Your argument, if I recall, was that your actions were justified because I berated you or called you out in chat for being a scumbag. Most people sit and expect their opponent to be there so they can play, I doubt anyone has ever waited until they knew you were absent to take your blind. The intent is clearly what matters here. My intention would be to play them, not steal their blind, and I'd consider sending back on a case by case basis. With regulars, I would return it, and expect the same as they know I would never pass on a hand unless I wasn't at the computer... and usually do wish to play.
