i have 3 open and will play perfectly. please post them here right now, it's really annoying to be called out like that and then have you say you're going to wait til after.

it's not going to affect anythign i do in these last 3 tournaments.

in fact after these tournaments the last thing im going to want to do is think about poker. this game has been the stupidest thing i could ever decide to do in life for the past month.

i mean forget about today, i've lost flips at my last like 10 final tables that were huge 1sts, bubbled fts with dominations multiple times for 2x average and just on and on and on. if i had run good in one single tournament of the 20 i've been final two tables in in the past month, i could laugh my ass off at today's run bad

but losing every pot does not help

regulars jam 10k in with k4o at 300/600 in super tuesday from the button and no one questions their unexploitable range. no really, k4o, 6.8m, on the button, open shove, top top top top regular.

people also complained in 10k buy in wcoop when djk123 jams q6ss with 6m into stacks that all are at least 5m from hijack-1

i'm just hoping these questions are more about the way i played hands postflop than my absolute standard preflop jams where i consistently ran into premiums against people who had ridic nitty call ranges

exactly the kind of questions i'm not trying to field.

unreasonably standard by any account. ridiculously standard, and i go by m when i shove, not bb, that's the only way you can do the math correctly when antes are in play. my m was just under 10, and that's an extremely standard shove as part of an unexploitable range from the button. in a vaccuum, it's very close, but as part of an unexploitable range i can shove far far far far worse. you can find the math on lots of websites

it's prob unreasonably +ev given how tight he was going to call there.

edit: in that spot to be perfectly honest qto is near bottom of my range. i probably jam 89s+, JTo+, Ax, any pair, maybe k9, k8s, stuff like that. but i can shove far worse and show a longrun profit vs anyone, as the range would be literally unexploitable from the button given stack sizes.

bigboy, i would ask if you suggest that i get exploited by a plan to min open/fold to a shove or just open fold? those are both way worse than shoving

just cuz i've lost a lot of your money today and i feel like a piece of crap i'm going to post math to why that QTo shove is easily +ev if not optimal

edit: bigboy tell me what range the sb and bb are calling with when i shove my 16bbs in there, so i can do the math with ur assigned ranges.

i'm assuming by the fact that you don't think i should be shoving QTo that the calling ranges you assign will be very nitty.

Hand 1: 67.249% 66.92% 00.33% 1182468072 5880990.00 { 77+, AJs+, AJo+ }

if this is their calling range i'm showing ABSURD amounts of profit by shoving QTo here, i hope i don't have to do further math based on a 7.2% villain call rate with two villains left to act when i have 33% equity vs their range. it folds around over 86% of the time given this call range + i win 1/3 of the time when they call + m is 10 = profit

basically it comes down to 86% of the time i win 1 unit of m, .0938 of the time or 9.38 i lose my stack, and .0466 or 4.66% i double.

if you do the math i win .388m every single time i jam, which turns out to be about a 4% stack increase on average by making this shove, so it's a ridiculously profitable shove.

it is not at all offset by the fact that i exit almost 10% of the time, as my stack is nowhere near average when i shove anyways. i need lots more chips to get back into contention to make a run at top 2 at all.
