checked his opr. Didnt know he grinded last friday as well as this friday. He had no activity for over a month before this.

GT- I certainly don't think Supernova Elite lied one bit about what he did. OP and SNE'S posts both match up perfectly, and I've talked with SNE in the past and done a small amount of investing/selling with him and all has gone well and he seems like a very trustworthy guy.
tbh I think he was going to pay everyone back, after been busto for a month or (perhaps family issues) or perhaps both and is only not going to pay back because you banned him before the money was actually sent. I know you do a good job in the marketplace and volunteer your time to help all of us but I think you jumped the gun a little early on this one.

Well I certainly don't think SuperNova_Elite was doing anything shady.
Why would OP come back to the thread and say I'm going to ship money back if he had no intention of doing so? Someone posted that he won a SNG for over 1k so if the reason he didn't originally pay back was because he was busto then the 1k + win gave him the funds to make good. And after he was banned from the marketplace he made a comment like well screw 2+2 for banning him and hasn't paid back the funds.
I certainly feel that he should have been strongly disciplined by 2+2. His cavalier attitude about other peoples money was appaling. His excuse that he's going through far worse problems then investors who are out 100 dollars is absurd. We all have problems and an investor bought a % of his package, not his life problems, so his excuse is absurd imo.
OP has everyones SN's so he still has no excuse to not pay back people and I hope he makes good.

this was november 1rst, day the giants won, and still the only time i talked to him on aim and it was extremely brief. I have not seen him sign on one time since then and I am on quite frequently. The only contact with him since has been through 2+2 user super00tilt who relayed messages throught their texting each other since he isnt talking to anyone else over past 2 weeks I tried to contact him. I have not been paid anything. Per above, he told me was good for it, but that doesnt mean anything as you can see, I was just making a bet I'd be paid 75% or more of the time, that might not of been +ev not sure why its hard for some people to understand that someone would do that, especially in this community.

Also what sect7g said is also what Super00tilt believes is the reason youhave2outs hasn't paid since he cameback (that hes pissed and bitter about being banned etc). Super00tilt said that youhave2outs would pay today (monday) but he has said that like 3 times already and didnt come through, so wouldnt get our hopes up.

ive recently seen mods wait to ban until funds have been paid in full, great wall is one that stands out... seems to me that wold be the smarter thing to do, but too late for that. now investors are at the mercy of a pos scumbag who is now bitter towards the community.

That's basically ********. If that is his attitude then he deserves to be banned from 2p2 completely - not just the marketplace.

I have to check on great wall but I'm 99% sure that's not the case. Marketplace approval is nearly always removed right away - as it was in this case. Funny thing is - this guy's marketplace approval was removed weeks before I made that post - just no one had told him yet, but it needed to be said.

Why people keep using the term "banned" is beyond me. He's not banned - he's just no longer marketplace approved. If he wants to sort out these issues then there is a chance of being reinstated. The only reason marketplace approval is removed is so they can't silently start any additional threads in the marketplace and are limited to posting only in threads they already have - which are easy to monitor.

I was confusing TGW with someone else - and you're correct that was the case with him but I wasn't in on that one.

FWIW I talked to OP (well indirectly anyway) and he's promised to send out all funds owed within 2 days.

I also offered to hold the amount and distribute on his behalf if that's easier.

Oh whos the other indirect contact, ucantcme63? I am going to assume your that mod he mentions below? I pmd him today informing of the situation as I was told by super00tilt that ucantcme63 stakes/gets staked by youhave2outs and knows youhave2outs pretty well. This is ucantcme63's response to me

I hope your right about the 2 days, but so far super00tilt has given me dates of last friday, last monday, and today in which youhave2outs told him he would pay, and all came and passed as payout days.

As far as you being shady - I was trying to imply that and so far your reaction is fine by me. What you may not know - or maybe you do - is that your locations (you and youhave2outs) are very very close - that's all I'll say in the public.

You seemed to have more knowledge of him than what seemed "normal" and then when you started buying up the debt it seemed odd. You have no past history here of anything strange or out of the ordinary so I'm chalking it up to a coincidence (as I'm sure it is) - just wanted further clarification.

Yup, Super00tilt told me that youhave2outs lives extremely close to me(neighboring suburb) and in fact we are approximately the same age and had to of played each other in high school basketball because of this.(this was figured out when i talked to him on aim)

Unfortunately, it was a school we only played once and I dont know anyone from that school and I couldnt find anyone in my area that we share a mutual friend with so I could find out more about him (where he lives,hangs out etc)

My best contact to him continues to be Super00tilt who lives across the country but is able to communicate with him as he actually responds to him.

Edit: Ucantcme63 also has the same location. Just aimed him(good find there on that gtpitch) and he says he knows him in real life and that youhave2outs is "gonna get on that soon" when I asked him what youhave2outs is doing about this

The value of this went from like 70% when I first saw this thread and it had been untouched for like a month to like 85% when I was able to contact him to like 96% when he posted on 2+2 to like 85% after a week passed and to like 70% now that 2 weeks passed.
