when supernova hit me up on aim saying he was going to buy up my action my response was this and he can attest to it (paraphrasing):

"if you've bought up action already that's fine, but it would be unfair of you to buy more after talking to me because i am definitely going to pay."

i told him my situation and that i would come on 2p2 soon to clear everything.

i appreciate all those who came in and commented on how odd of a situation this was for me considering how i have always paid out large amounts of money on time.

the last thing i was trying to do was ruin my reputation and name on 2p2 and the poker community over $1k. i should have paid the money out sooner. i honestly can't give a good reason why i didn't a few weeks ago. i just haven't had a clear head lately, and i apologize. there was never a single second that i intended on or even had the thought of grimming people. hopefully there are no hard feelings from most of you, but i understand that this kind of thing is flat out unacceptable and unforgivable to a lot of you.

i can say from how mad a few of you, that aren't even investors, honestly got that this sort of thing is unforgivable in your eyes. if a family crisis presented itself in the future, i would be sure to collect myself and drop a line to those that invested. it was wrong of me not to.

anyways, money will be sent out soon, and i apologize again for the massive inconvenience it may have caused some of you.

Well im glad that everything is getting worked out and sorry for ur mishap Youhave2outs. Just one question to leave people on, If you had a family member pass away, then the domino effect hurting other parts of the family putting them in a serious threat, even if you had internet in the next room coffe shop library ect..., would you really put priority on letting people know about a couple hundred knowing that u would make things right in the end? I'm glad everything is okay YouHave2outs. It looks like in your first few responses to people you didn't really get how shady/scummy you were being with all of this, but in that last one it seems like you might have your head on somewhat straight. I understand family issues taking priority, but your business doesn't just stop (especially when the amount of time it takes to clear everything up takes less time than writing your apology post).

Putting other people's money/livelihood (no matter the amount) on the backburner for as long as you did is simply unacceptable. You would be fired in any other profession. I imagine once everything is settled people will give you the benefit of the doubt and you will earn some trust back. Please appreciate that forgiveness and do your best to not let anything close to this happen again.

I now make a mistake by shirking my responsibilities for a month due to a family crisis, admit to handling it horribly, come back to try to make things right, and am banned. I suppose this is how it is around here, but I would think banning is more for people that are completely dishonest.

I completely agree that I handled the situation horribly. I agree with all of your points. I have no excuses. My only point is that I simply did not care to deal with this situation as soon as everything happened. It's no excuse, you can take it for what it is. I wouldn't act this way in the future and can't defend what I did, but by the same token I don't think my actions are unforgivable.

My first responses came more out of anger than anything. I have been mostly in a horrible mood and coming in and seeing all of these posts from people upset about a couple hundred dollars when I'm upset about stuff far more important set me off a little bit. I completely understand where they're coming from, and it's not my position to say how much money is important to who. I owed them money, and it should have been paid promptly. Business is business.

Just sucks when honest people get banned over stupid mistakes, but in this case I suppose it is warranted.

maybe busto, but it certainly seems he lacks liquid funds, perhaps he used the money from the SM for some investment/whatever, found out after this that he needs some amount and just hoped he can use the 'i paid out 70k recently, why would I scam for much less' angle and now is just playing for time
