1010<JJ at the 40 level in a spot that was completely player dependent. He had already doubled early before I got to the table and about an orbit before doubled Illini213 in an insane spot with 37s, ultimately calling all in on a river of 234JK to A5. I felt he would hero me with many hands while slightly being on tilt yet he had one better. Busto.

No games on Friday, one turbo on Saturday, and then a big day Sunday. Still a long way to go, no worries.

Out 6926th of 11085. Over 140k in overlay which is rare for Stars, but we couldn't capitalize. 99 < AK aipf to end it.

Update:
Busted from #21 6732/10492. Barreled AKs down on a semi bluff with a flush draw and overs, and got looked up by JJ. It was a semi-awkward spot, maybe should have checked back the turn but I figured he would be folding too large of a portion and hoped to have 14 outs if called. He called and we bricked =/.

One KO so far in the Brawl ($40)- AA > KQ after Kxx flop.

The other three will be starting in the next couple hours.

Another bounty for $40 when we get lucky with 88>JJ but that was it. Doubled the big blinds short stack with KQs when he wakes up with aces and out a little later, 794 of 2785. Seems like I've been running into everyone's top of their range in every spot, hoping it smooths out soon. WCOOP#22 starts in 5 minutes.

Sigh my bust out hand in the 530 was pretty terrible =/. A short stack got in the middle with a flatter and I 4bet with JJ. I should have left room to 4bet/fold to his flat but I already committed a third of my stack. He had kings and busto.

Nothing too interesting in the mulligan until I get trapped again by KK when a short stack squeezes into my AQ to bust. KJ7 flop 10 turn 7 river.

ITM now in the 750k tho, long way to go....will update.

And out, 410th of 3417 for $300 - running dry. I built up a good stack early and then a crazy hand happened at the 400 level where I raised utg to 960 and the bb stop n go'd me on a 2610r flop with 26o and 9bb! It was pretty crazy and didn't win too many pots after that. Lost a small pot with 99 < A4o itm and then went out after I jammed with 88 into AK and AA.

Crazy first hour where we got a player going wild, open jamming or over 3bet jamming around 20 times with 60-80bbs. After doubling A7 > A9 still doing it. I have 7k 40 level and he has 8k, he has open pushed those stacks about 5 times now. Hoping to get em soon! I won a nice pot off him with AQ vs his 47 early where he turned me and I rivered him, think that set him off.

There is also over a 100k overlay in this.

That player never returned to his seat and blinded out, weird guess he was just trying to donate his stack. I ended up getting into a lot of action with the other players and both times I 4bet/3bet w/ AJ n A10 I ran into queens. Both jams I felt were optimal given the situation yet they had it both times =/. Saving the run good.

3 hours in, I've been relatively tight early. It's a great structured tourney. Biggest hand was AA > JJ aipf and a bunch of small hands other than that. Also just flopped top set with jacks to win a decent pot but unfortunately he folded the turn. Sitting with 15,214 chips at the 120 level. 1025 of the 1433 players left.

I railed him for a lil bit while i was grinding some 5 card draw....he has about 15k (started with 7500). Doing pretty good from what i saw...GLGL take it down!

EDIT: Oops just a tad late on my update lol

16,634 chips, 250 level. Slow start to the hour where I lost a few small pots and then doubled a shorty up in a marginal spot 55<JJ. I was able to get them all back from the player an orbit later with QQ>JJ so up a little in chips. 728 players left.

5th hour wasn't too great but still alive. Lost a few small pots which set up a hand where I flatted with aces hoping to get squeezed behind. We went heads up to a flop of KQ10 and he check called. Turn 7 and I figured I would only be getting trapped by better hands that might check raise so I checked behind. J river for the nuts he bets I raise he calls A10o to chop. Dud river and I'm pretty sure he would have paid off some the way he was playing and how the hand played out.

Sitting with 11,324 chips and just started the 500 level. 470 players left, 162 itm.

EDIT: AK>JJ - 26k chips
