started so well in the 27 psko, took a hit 99 QQ, then couldnt get anything going again, AK 22 to bust, took 2 bounties so $12.26 cashed

on a plus note we are 50k @ BB 600 in the mini mil

i have some email guys with refunds for the tournaments $21.19 for the hot 7, $82.03 for the milly $12.84 for the $11 psko

im not happy with that tho as they went based on chip counts from when they cancelled the tournaments, we lost more than half our hot 7 stack and also a chunk in the others, do i have any grounds to seek more? i mean surely they should roll it back to when the games froze? we were sat out for a number of hands not being able to log in

im going to check my hud now to see that stacks we had at the time of the error

just checked my cashier also, my total balance is more than whats available..... wtf

i can seem to work out that math of what the real refunds should of been ( sorry for being a bit dumb)

our stacks at the time of the freeze were

milly 44k they refunded based on 32k
11 psko 7.5k they refunded based on 5.6k
hot 7 19.5k they refunded based on 9.2k

im going to email them because to me this is very unfair

sent a mail guys, as it stands the current package total is $195.47

i also have an issue that the refunds they have given are not able to be transfered, i have also mentioned this in the e-mail

im going to get some sleep now and hopefully i will have a reply from them in the morning
