Update's a little late, sorry. I completed the payment to golfdish. I'm still working hard at landing a good job. The self employed section of my resume while playing poker doesn't seem to help any. Future updates won't be any set time as I currently work Friday evening and on weekends. I'll try to keep it around two weeks give or take a couple of days. I do realize payments have slowed down a lot recently. I'm hopeful that this changes quickly.

Posting early as I'll be attending a funeral on Friday and will be with family throughout the weekend. It's not an overly sad occasion, she lived a long, happy life.

I drew kgun3 (requested a check) and OnMyBlackBerryLOL (Moneybookers). I'll send the check within a few days, please post when received. Also, if you could cash it ASAP, I'd appreciate it, the bank accounts are low. I do not have a Moneybookers account, so I do not know how long that will take to set up.

I'm contemplating hitting the poker rooms to speed up this process. I don't know if they've changed much in the past year with the internet play being stopped. I'd ask if there are objections here before doing so, still just a possibilty for now. Starting to fret about the lack of interviews I've procured.

OnMyBlackBerryLOL - Apparently I had a Moneybookers account back in 2006 and I just got logged in (didn't know previous email address for this account). It won't let me add a CC as my name is secondary maybe. I'll have my fiancee try it this week. I thought it'd be an easier process, but I'll get there.

Other than the above, I won't be making any other payments this weekend. We are planning a wedding. I appreciate the patience. This has to be frustrating for all of us. A 401k loan is still a possibility in a worst case scenario. I'd like to think I'll be employed (a real job) by year end. In a previous post I talked about going to the card room as a possibility. That's unlikely anytime soon, don't have any kind of bankroll right now. Not sure I'd even be able to handle the stress anymore.

Next update around Dec 9th.

I've landed a professional job that starts Feb 14th. I expect to use a substantial portion of my pay to repay the debt from SCOOP. In the meantime, I'm currently struggling. I have a mortgage loan in foreclosure that I'm reinstating. I've made arrangements to complete that by the end of January.

I do not know how many payments I'll be able to make in January or February, I'd guess a couple. Starting in March, I will have a set payment plan and should have an exact time frame to repay this debt.

I really appreciate everyone's patience. I made very little money in 2011. I anticipate a good year for 2012. After getting everything handled and building my life savings back, I look forward to reenter the poker world for some weekend tournaments. I miss them. I hope everyone is enjoying the holidays.

The hard part for me is over. The job market was much tougher than I ever remember. I won't take anything for granted in the future. I look forward to closing this chapter and starting a new one.
