Firstly i have posted updates on all but one, yes i bricked a ton of them but it's WCOOP. I'm in a skype group with some of the best players on stars and always ask for hand advice. I can assure u i made only one mistake in the 1k and that was because i didnt know the action was capped when i had the nut straight on the turn v danzer but that was insequential..

You have constantly pm'ed me when i stated id return funds after the pack.. i Paid out everyone when i shipped the satty the other day but people don't expect me to pay out everytime i win a ko!

I regularly play 10-15 tables i have cut down my action a ton to focus on wcoops. I'm not refunding you as its a freeroll for you can be refunded for the two left in the pack. I think my max table count has been 4 and that was 2 mtts and 2 sats

I also stated i might sell more events and give priority. I'm not going to miss the weeklys and the 530s but i'm not exactly gona be playing my normal 3r and 27s with a 1k running/

I sold for sattys yes but of course im going to play others on my own money.

I have always paid out promptly and never had an issue with anyone but i am within my right to not refund you for mtts played. expect your 1% for my 320 and 215 nlo8 returned with markup at the end of the day and i'll advise anyone never to sell to you again. your constant pm's over nothing are not worth the headache!

i cannot stay speechless reading this.

First how do you criticizes Pandick's plays ??
I mean his stats speak from themselves, Chris knows what he is doing bro and rather than saying stuffs like " few hands is awful from your side..." or "you had some WCOOP quit big tourney...wich went like s hit..." you could be more polite and ask why he did play a certain hand this or that way, that could at least be constructive.

Secondly, asking for a freeroll the way you did is nearly insulting in some ways, i am pretty sure you did not meant that way but during a staking deal, the max you can ask at any point is to stop and discuss for a refund of the unplayed mtts.

Third and finally, the reason why Chris does not post every hand he plays is mainly for the focus/attention purpose, from my experience, i can assure you it hurts your play to post too much. I way prefer investing in someone giving updates the way it is done in this deal than someone posting an avg of 4.5HHs / mtts.

Please be respectful about the people living out of this business. ty

I haven't mass tabled and you can't expect me to sell all my action, of course i won't miss nice mtts i forgot about or better value sattys that were not advertised at the time of me selling. I Play for a living and i've invested alot of my money too so of course im not just going to punt hs mtts and not concentrate.

Going through the hands i got very unlucky in a lot of spots, especiialy the satty aa to kk in pre where id have a seat locked if it held and also the first 1k 08.. getting it in 65% favourite is about the best you can in 08.

I find this whole thing very tilting and after speaking to other investors your out of line PM'ing me this.

Ye agree with what has been posted above. The pack has been run very well and have invested in chris a dozen times and never had a single issue.

If im honest i think there should be a question of whether jabaxx should be able to invest in the market place at all. Have seen on several occasions he has demanded his money back when his unrealistic expectations are not met. As a example in a previous thread with someone selling for a EPT he wanted to know the name of the person who knocked him out!! Like really has he ever played a live tournament before? Also accused him of partying the night before without a single shred of proof of course.

You have dealt with this absolutely terribly, Jabax. Chris must of been biting his tongue while replying to you. I would not have been so lenient.

As for your claims and your request for a full refund...well. If Chris had played badly he would be the first to identify it and post exactly why he felt he played a hand a certian way (as he has done before) so i'm certain you're full of brown. The request for a full refund is just innappropriate and offensive. What planet do you live on?
