He hasn't played a tourney since Nov. 28th on either site~~~

And hasn't played Cash since 22nd (stars) 11th (Full tilt)..... Nov.

Yeah, if I'm reading the pokerprolabs links above correctly he lost a bunch heads-up on tilt just before this package. So unfortunately this is starting to feel like he went bust, didn't have enough to play all the events, can't pay us back, and is taking random shots.

And I'm not feeling real good about the WSOPC AC package, either.

I must admit that I did not see the HU losses on FTP. Looks like a 10k downswing? Nice catch!

I did not invest in his WSOP AC package but it is definitely not a good sign. I think we've given him enough time to come out of his hiding and post an update. Whatever personal problems he claims to be dealing with looks like an excuse. I hope he proves me wrong but he has used up all the trust points he had based on previous packages etc.

Mike, If you are reading this it's time to post in this thread. You are just making matters worse by not keeping your investors informed.

suchsickaments, if you are touch with Mike, Pls ask him to show up ASAP!

What can we do to stop things like this from happening again? Only one package open at a time? You can only presell a package a day or two before it begins?

Looking back I now realize that I should never buy part of a package that is a few weeks out. Unless we hear otherwise it looks like he was running short for a little while and was never able to make it back up.

Between this and the live package this is a fair amount of money. Would it be worth contacting Livingston, NJ police?

I mean, there are so many live packages that are for a lot of $ and really can't be sorted in a manner of a few days. Most notably the WSOP stuff could never be done in that short of a time frame.

I mean I did think it was fishy when he put up a WCOOP Package, and in the OP said he was selling enough to freeroll each package. Especially b/c for the last package he was willing to sell NINETY-FIVE PERCENT, ended up selling only like 35%, and somehow the **** still ran. I have to think he's been doing this for a while now and just running a pyramid scheme essentially like fergwrx...
