Busted Day 1B of Big 50. Lost 3 huge hands in the first two levels that left me short (Top 2 vs Set, Top 2 vs rivered flush and Top 2 vs set). Then got the rest in on J853hh board with J3 vs A8hh and couldnt fade river. Feel great about how I'm playing just need to find a little run good and we'll find a bag. Day 1C tomorrow!
Depending on how things go tomorrow and Sunday I may use an extra bullet for Big 50. Most likely in replace of Wynn $550 100k on 6/6. Doubt anyone would have an issue with this but if you do lmk.
Busted Day 1C. Really frustrating day with lots of frustrating hands. HAd 2 really good opportunities to build a decent stack going into Day 2. Got in AK vs AT and couldnt hold (chopped) then lost AJ<AT to bust either pots would have got me over 200k with 1 level to go.
Day 1D is sold out so that flight will be refunded with markup. Next tournament will be $1500 Dealers Choice on Monday.
Busted Dealers Choice late last night. Long story short is I grinded all day but just never got anything going and had 2 really big and really close decisions that didnt go my way. Feeling great about how I'm playing and really looking forward to HORSE tomorrow. I have 2 cashes in this event in the last 4 years including a FT. Hopefully we can make another run at it this year.
Busted HORSE today and decided to play $1500 6 max. Will use funds from missed tourneys. Made day 2 of 6 max with 139k about 10 away from money and 400k up top. I will post updates on Twitter.
Cashed 6 Max for $2411. Nice to get the first cash in the package out of the way. In order to free up funds to play 6 max I used unplayed flight of Big 50 ($500) Wynn 100k ($550) and flight of Epic Stack on 6/14 at Venetian ($600). That leaves us with $150 that would be refunded back as well (so a total of $2561 so far). Milly Maker tomorrow!
Due to the massive fields and great value of some of these smaller buy in NLH tournaments I'm going to be making some changes to my schedule that I think will benefit us and give us the best chance to be successful for the remaining of the schedule. Here is the changes that I will be making:
$1500 2-7 TD and all flights of the $600 Epic Stack on 06/15, 06/16 and 06/23($1800 total) will be refunded.
That would leave a total of $3550 that will go towards the following tournaments in replace of those:
Busted early on Day 3 and cashed for $2669. A total of $5080 has been cashed for so far. We also have $1900 in refunds that I may use towards something just not exactly sure what yet. Monster Stack up next on Friday!
