quick update as promised

im not asking for backing of any kind, a poster mentioned paying off via poker scores, i dont have funds to play so offered that as a solution with them taking there cut and then keeping my cut as well to pay off what i owe them...as ive still no internet this would obv happen sat/sun only.

let me be very clear so there is no confusion i can only update this either saturday or sunday until i actually get internet turned back on and its not high on my list atm

ive not played a single hand this week, someone stick up how to unblock and ill do it next time im online

re the balances as ive said harp has all the info so im happy to go with that

ive applied for a load of temp jobs over xmas so hopefully something will come up soon, just to get the ball rolling

next update will be next weekend along hopefully with some concrete news re payments.

ive also pmd harp to ask for the totals so i can work out how much 1% is and start paying off everyone in terms of % as you all agreed this is the best way with harp acting as escrow

If your not working yet stop being lazy and asking someone else to work out all the people you owe and do it yourself , just go on all the packs you made and work it out , all your doing is delaying it by waiting for someone else to do!

just to clear this up, he never asked me to work out the numbers, I did it on my own when all this started because i wanted to know what was owed and offered up in at least two, maybe 3 posts in this thread to send my spreadsheet to any investors if they pm'd me their email. I also felt by taking the time to do this myself, it would make potential payback easier if and when mddgfc starts because we now dont have to rely on him to do them.

I few took me up on this a couple of weeks ago and have the spreadsheet. I received a pm from mddgfc today and will send it to him when i have his email

As i said before in the same post i think, i am more than happy to escrow/distribute any payments that mddgfc makes on a proportionate basis to what each investor invested as seems like the fair way to do it

I don't understand how he does not know how to unlock sharkscope. Before this happened his sharkscope was unlocked. So he's got it blocked the same way he blocked opr and pokerprolabs. So he saying he knows how to block all these three but can't unlock sharkscope. It's just another stalling tactic.

He has provided no detail or what's owed. No audit or withdrawals or not proof of where the money went. I bet he used most of it for living expenses.

Why cant he use an internet cafe to update. The only time he seems to respond is when theres the treat of contacting family and friends. I don't think he has any real intention or keeping people up to date or paying this back. He has shown complete disregard for people who funded him over the years. His packs where no value and then he just robs from those and can't have the decency to provide basic details and update the thread. I'm sorry but investors will never get their money back. I would be suprised if you ever see one penny back. Also would not suprise me if he's still playing under a new account. Anyway this post probably won't last as anything negative said on here just gets deleted.

Sorry I missed yesterday's update wasn't able to get online. Just back from another assessment day and high hopes for this one. I actually don't have a penny in stars but will gladly unblock all stats if someone ships whatever it costs I'll do it on Thursday I've another interview so will come to this hotspot after it and do it. This whole circus is none of my business, but since I'm Greek and we're unable to transfer any funds due to taxes - you can get your stacks unblocked by e-mailing pokerstars support. The 3cents you have to send is not a requirement, it's a way of showing desire to get blocked/unblocked and can be done just as easily by email.

Mark - Do you actually read what you post before hitting submit? Your tone and bluntness in your responses is piss poor for someone who has stolen $10K of other peoples money. Simple requests repeatedly made which you have a million and one excuses for i.e sharkscope, full account audit.

No internet cafe???? It is 2014, go to a library where you can get free internet time, or log into this website from a friends mobile phone (Assuming you haven't ****ed them over as well).

This is one of the busiest times of the year for temporary labour and yet you bang on about assessment days etc - Join an agency and start doing anything to pay back the people you have robbed - Your holier than though attitude stinks.

its been just over 2 months since this thread was started and thats not included the other 1 or 2 packs that you started in which you stole money and still we cant see every name and how much you owe to each person , you dont look for a job and have interviews 24/7 so im sure in one afternoon / evening you could have wrote down excatly how much you owe and to who and how much of a % you will pay each time when you finally get a job or is that too much of me to ask?????

I am not going to defend the communication of mddgfc here, but you keep complaining about the same thing, yet if you actually read some of the other posts, you would have been able to get the exactyou were owed long ago

I posted in this and his other threads that i did my own spreadsheet, going through each thread and calculated everything. I did this a month and a half ago and posted that ANY investors simply could pm me and i would send it to them

Many took me up on the offer and have the spreadsheet, the last person to ask was over a month ago.

I even responded to your post last time to clear up that he wasnt asking anyone else to do the numbers for him, nor did he ask me, but they were done and you could have had them. I didnt receive any message from you wanting the numbers.

So either you dont really care about the numbers and just want to complain to complain, or you do want the numbers and are just looking foolish ignoring the few posts that tells you how to get them.

If you want them, send me your email i will give them to you.

Investors have every right to complain about how this has been handled, etc, but at least hitch your wagon some other aspect of the communication other than the only part that was solved 1.5 months ago

His point is that these numbers need posting in this thread for all to see - simple reason is clarity.

It needs posting so we can all see what is owed and how and when he is paying back and in a fair way to all. (if it ever happens at all)

Unblock sharkscope, opr etc
Update the thread on a weekly basis (minimum)
Work on a payment plan for fixing this mess

In all honesty I'm not even interested in the money anymore. Of course my % what is owed is a lot of money to me, but realistically best case scenario he takes like 1 year pay it off, which he wont. Its taken 2 months just to get this far, and really the situation hasn't improved whatsoever.
