I was simply taking into account the time involved in dividing up funds and assuming each person was going to see 100% of the funds owed to them. Obviously this doesnt work if all funds are not returned. Escrow is a good idea as well

HI, Im new here and that's the second story i see of that kind in a short time. I think, as investors, you should get some feedback over the guy who is selling shares. When you buy a chinese phone, you want to have a 100 % positive feedback ( arrived, is working properly) based on at least 100's of reviews. Same on Ebay, when you buy a good, you first look at the seller's feedback ! Now if he is a "known" scammer, YOU did not made your Home'work, and now, you get angry but about yourself because you failed in verifying before to invest. My point of view. I do understand the frustration, but hey, give him a chance becoming aggro/shoving is not going to accelerate the process
