Hi guys, I am short money in my cashier (HM2/SS match but my cashier does not, it's short ~3k) and will not be playing til this is handled...hopefully will be done with by tomorrow morning but who the hell knows

My friend that works for Stars is gonna make sure it gets attention, he can't really do anything about it at this point other than that as I need to give the normal channels a chance first ofc

So if I'm not playing tomorrow, you guys know why

- Have you played any rebuy tournament? HM2 does not add rebuys automatically;
- check the winnings of the prog ko tournaments on HM2. I found that there is a mismatch between what you actually win and what HM2 shows!
Maybe the latter is the problem...

Another professional player pointed out to me that he was quite sure that his cashier was missing money after he was done grinding for the day. Because of this, I requested an audit and it appears my account is also missing money

I started the day with $78,969.29 in my account ($55254.04 real $s and 23,715.25 $Ts) and now have a total of $82,595.65 in my account ($57,563.40 real $s / 25,032.25 $Ts), which shows a profit of $3626.36

However, both Sharkscope and my HoldemManager2 show that I profited $5387 in 128 SNGs played today. Additionally, I played the $1050 Thursday Thrill and cashed out $1000 in bounties and mincashed for $1089, which is a profit of $1039. I played no other games other than that 1 MTT and those SNGs. So, my actual profit for the day should be $6426 and my cashier should read (between real $s and $Ts) $85,395.29 and not the $82,595.65 that it reads currently.


Can someone please look into this ASAP and since this is the first time I've actually paid attn to this, can you make sure this hasn't happened some other day as well? Attached is the SS screenshot + the screenshot from my HM2 for the day for both my grind computer and my non grind computer (I was studying during part of the day while playing the $1050 Thrill and the few HS satellites that were going off)

Sat lobby has been cleared, another reg and I are in contact with PS Bryan and hopefully the issue gets handled swiftly.

I doubt I play anything other than a bit of zoom cash here and there until this situation is resolved and the games are back in the lobby...pretty obnoxious start to the yr in terms of **** going wrong/not as planned!

I am following up on this; I got the email last night that it has been escalated to someone else, but I have done a TON of legwork to try to narrow this problem down and will include all the details below.

Okay, so in short, I went through all 3 sources (Sharkscope, HoldemManager2, Pokerstars Audit) and by hand went through my entire SNG history for the day (since I played all hyper satellite SNGs + the 1 MTT, the $1050 Thrill). My Pokerstars audit matches up perfectly with HM2 and SS, saying that I profited $5387.36 at SNGs. This means I am indeed short money in the cashier. Let's go over the numbers once more

Starting Balance coming into Jan 14: $78,969.29 ($55,254.04 real money / $23,715.25 $Ts) (remember, to get the starting balance you must do real $s + $Ts plus add the first buyin back in on my audit for the day ($240 in this case))

SNG Profit: $5387.36 over 128 games (PS Audit + SS + HM2 all come out to this when I do the work by hand)
MTT Profit: $1039 ($1050 in buyins, $1000 in KOs, $1089 cash, 1089+1000-1050=1039)
Total Profit: $6426.36

Ending Balance should be: $85,395.65 between real $s and $Ts
Ending Balance in reality was: $82,595.65 between real $s and $Ts

Difference of: $2800

Attached is the spreadsheets I did by hand for each tracker; Sharkscope, HoldemManager2 and PS Audit. Also attached are some additional screenshots including a screenshot of my balance coming into the day which shows the $82,595.65 that I currently have, when I should have $85,395.65. There have been 0 transfers into or out of my account since the 10th of January and I also checked to make sure I was not credited tickets (instead of $Ts) and this did not happen either, so quite literally, the $2800 has just disappeared/never went into my account.

I had exactly the same problem as this. My balance definitely too short at end of session but I didn't know what it was at the session.

Basically my t$money was $3000 but I just won an ept sat which was converted into money because I'd already won a seat and thus there's no way it should have been less than T5300

They said I was wrong but I feel like my account has 10kish less innit than it should have

I also didn't play since either, if you find out why/how/if this happened please tell me!

The issue hasn't been fixed yet, and the satellite lobby is complete empty right now while they are working on it, so I can't fathom myself playing a Sunday session tomorrow, but maybe I will wake up with the desire to fire?
