quick question: if u were to withdraw to ur account would you have to pay tax on total sum?

This is one of the major concerns, so for now 2outs is trying to get limits increased and is xferring as much as he can (daily/monthly) in the meantime. If he is not able to he said he'd make plans to cash out and send checks (which will get equally as complicated, but he just wants to get $ to everyone ASAP).

This is a tough spot for YouHave2Outs and he is doing all he can atm, let's all keep in mind that we could have walked away from this package w/zilch and instead we are part of one of the most profitable packages of the year. Thanks 2outs

Stars emailed back saying they (I assume to increase my transfer limits, although they did not say this outright, they simply asked for the documentation) need a photo copy of my ID as well as a recent bill documenting proof of address/identity. So I'm gonna head down to BofA in a bit and get those copies over to stars.

oh and a quick easy way to get copys of your documents without needing to scan them is to use the macro and close up setting on a digital camera take a pic transfer to comp and send it in.

Sent out to max my transfer limits just now. I emailed pokerstars over 48 hours ago with my bank statement and ID and have still not heard back. If I do not hear back by tomorrow morning I will send them another email. Thanks for your patience guys, I have done all I can, and the situation is really out of my control at this point. I will send everyone their money as soon as I can! If anyone is really antsy or something about my honesty and wants a screenshot of my pokerstars cashier I can provide one. All the money is just sitting there, and it honestly makes me uncomfortable! I'll update this again tomorrow morning if I have to email them again, or sooner if I hear from them.

Sorry if this seems like rude questions, its just my stars balance is extemely low with other stakes and leagues im in and try figure out way to get back to normal balance. Um, there was absolutely a scan of my drivers license attached to the f ucking email I sent them. I laughed in their face and sent another one back. And who the f uck cares if my emailing address on stars if different from the one I have with my bank account. I haven't changed the one on my bank account in like 3 years because I don't receive paper statements. AND HOW DOES THIS MATTER TO PSTARS? Jesus H. Christ. Hopefully this gets resolved soon.

i did not curse at anyone who had my money (i replied to pokerstars with an extremely cordial email), simply posted a little of my frustration with the way they have been dealing with this situation. and i wasn't angry at all as i wrote that post whether you believe it or not; some of the language i used is part of modern day colloquialisms for a lot of my generation. you should probably withhold posting your judgments of people you know virtually nothing about. :-)

i find it hard to believe that a competent person would send a reply asking for a copy of my drivers license when i included one in the first email, which it took approximately 70ish hours to respond to. this is after taking 48 hours to respond to an email in which i asked if i could send a bank statement instead of a utility bill. all i needed was the simple yes. they also flat out refused to increase my transfer limits once, and the next time asked for a copy of the license and the utility bill. it took them 24-36 hours to respond to each of these other emails. if it's standard for all of this to take this long, i suppose i shouldn't be frustrated?

oh, and if you were honestly just trying to help you would not have posted "you have anger issues". :-)
