90- I'd be folding here, UTG opening range has to be really strong, Pre-ante with short stacks behind, GII after 3bb stack shoves but when other flats behind it looks so strong (yes it wasn't in this spot, but without reads this is usually a monster -with reads that he is flatting to fold to UTG this becomes a great spot to shove)
93- if we think we can get one of them to fold this becomes a profitable shove, as it is we only have 1/10 of our stack committed, so folding is okay. I'm not sure off the top of my head, You'd have to run a sim, where opener calls any 2 he opens and then other player call top 50%, folds bottom 50% maybe
102- I think a call is marginal we have a dominated A alot, I like flop and turn play, but I think we should definatelybe shoving blank rivers for value
103- no way should you ever be close to calling here, I also would probably not open pre unless they are super tight behind, too many re-shove stacks behind that you have to make marginal call offs to.
