I still cant comment on what happened till after start of July. Suffice to say I will clear my nane and prove this was a setup. In the meantime I will be paying this money out. I have a new backer 30/70 deal and any money I get live and online from my 30% will be used to pay yhese packs. I have no pyshical cash as I was set up and lied to and have had to start my whole life again. Had no house furniture belongings nothing but am getting there.

Whoever is your backer i feel sorry for them. You got caught out with a facebook message saying you didn't want 2+2 to see you playing to you where on hide on pokerstars to the backer. You can't deny that. There is no way that was someone else. If you account was hacked it takes little time to sort it out. You should have just admitted you didn't have the funds and stop taking the piss out of people.

Firstly I don't agree with what Ricky has done by the account of what I have read and what he has told me. I have been begging him and pestering him via messaging to come on here and keep you guys updated. Finally he is starting to do this.

I know people are pissed off regarding the fact that they are due money and yes I can see that he has made mistakes along the way. However, he is now hoping to get you guys paid back as soon as he is in a position financially. I firmly believe that his world has been turned upside down and being a family man myself I can only imagine what it must be like to lose contact and access to your loved ones.

This is not a soap opera and it's not something that I or anyone I am sure would wish on anyone. I have met the guy face to face, although very briefly when wg played the 25/25 series in Glasgow and he was well known and liked in the poker circuit in that area it seems.

There lies the question, will he come good?

I sincerely hope so, and dart knows that I will keep applying the necessary pressure on him to get this sorted.

Stay calm and let's give him the deadline that he has set, if he doesn't come up with the goods by then, well you have all the right in the world to be tilted by the guys behaviour.

Richard - It almost doesn't matter what the outcome of this is as you have ruined any credibility you previously had on this forum due to your lack of communication on this matter.

No one expected to be a millionaire off the back of your packs, but you ran a good rail, paid promptly and had a good reputation - All of that has now gone. You could of defused the situation sooner through better communication but choose to stay silent. Your OPR has always been locked which doesn't help (You claim that is because they don't take into account KO's from some MTT's, but isn't that the same for all)
