Do the right thing! Several people have given you a 2nd chance, something many other people do not get. A few MP regs have believed in you and this trust is something that was tested once before. Although I am not financially tied to this pack, many of these people are MP acquaintances and give people like you a chance to succeed--Don't spoil that! You're not a cat and you don't get 9-lives... this isn't baseball and you don't get 3 strikes. I'm sure you get the drift.

I wouldn't normally chime in, but I was burnt in the past by you. I was cautious in my dealings with you, but you did "man-up" and that took courage. I hope for the investors in this pack you find that same courage to make right... then find a new hobby that doesn't involve other people's money that they worked hard to earn.

Not had any involvement with this pack but it's really disappointing to see a reoccurrence of this again.

I think it would be wise to see if he is actually ok and that something untoward has not happened.

Chris, I hope that you are ok and things are going well in your life. If so then it's time to face the music if you have made the same mistake again. Sure people are going to be annoyed and angry that there has been a repeat of the offence that happened 6 months ago.

We had dealings via PM a few weeks ago when we discussed whether you had changed since the mistake in the previous thread and you assured me quite adamantly that you had. I sincerely hope that this is the case. If not then I don't think the mods have any option but to permanently ban you and prevent you from conning and stealing other peoples money.

I can guarantee you have read this thread if you are well and know what the correct thing to do is. Be a man and face adversity head on, time will tell.

After a few months of getting to know Chris better and many conversations on Skype I can say im honestly very shocked and disappointed at what is occurring here, I dealt with 50+ transactions between myself and Chris and we even had exchanged bank numbers for transactions as i trusted him. I thought he had truly put the blemish on his reputation behind him and was moving forward

The worst part about it is that when the mods were thinking about giving Chris his MP approval back I PMd a mod to put in a good word for him, now I feel like a idiot for doing that

Chris, All I can say to you is that you manned up once before and I really hope you man up once again to put this right for your investors

To be honest this has made me rethink investing in the marketplace alltogether, its the second time this has happened in around 50 transactions. There needs to be some sort of ranking system a la ebay or similar. To hear that he has done it before and let back in just leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

That system won't be done by 2+2 because it is a free marketplace so there really isn't any incentives for 2+2 to spend money on it. Secondly, investors should've taken precautions with this kind of pack because its a long standing stake which increases the chance of a repeat offense from horses like this.

I personally still think its weird that he hasn't responded for the longest time. My head thinks that he spewed it on something and has lost all the money but my heart is telling me that something went wrong in his life because he just lost contact all of a sudden after spending so much time and effort to rebuild his reputation.

GL to all that are involved and hopefully you guys get a response back ASAP.

I understand you guys thinking something weird happened because of sudden loss of contact, but I'm afraid that's how it went down last time as well! The kid didn't REALLY learn from his last mistake, but for whatever reason he borrowed someone's nut sack to man up for a short period of time. But once a scammer... apparently always will be a scammer!
