Hey guys, off to a slow start with early bustouts in the $44 marathon and big $27, both standard cooler spots. Lots of poker left to play, good luck all.

got your table up and watching.. a bit unlucky.
I am just a fish compared to alot of you guys but.
4b shove for 35 bbish?
I dunno I just think it isn't AK enough for it to be a call. don't see 1010 or 99 in his range alot.
Could be wrong, would be curious to see the math aspect and an analysis if anyone has time. interesting spot

Good luck dude,

Good luck dude,
I haven't paid close attention, but I think (with bfizz's activity) bb ~always jams AK in this spot (unless UTG opens like <10% maybe). We need 38.8% for it to be a b/e cEV call (also very little ICM pressure in this spot, given the extremely flat payjumps in the million). We have 36.5847% against [JJ+ AKs AKo ] so we just need bb to jam some worse combos with a low frequency for it to be a call.

TLDR: Assuming bb jams 100% of AK, calling can't be that bad. Calling TT in this spot would probably be terrible against most opponents though.

Well said. And due to my 3bet frequency and what I thought to be my image, I did include 77-99 at at least 20% weighted frequency as well as some suited broadways at a small weight as well. But yes, JJ is the bottom I would say.
