Short but going after day 3. Ended the day with 18,800 chips, starting back up at the 1k level. 465 of 3389 players left.

What a sick game that we play. Bubbled 4th event of the series =(. End of the 1k level, big stack who moved to the table mid way through opened the button. I had about 28k to look at black aces in the sb. 3bet, he called....Q93hh flop I cbet he calls....black jack turn I jam the rest in, he snaps J9o fun. Brick river nh =/.

Main on either Saturday or Sunday (c or d), all rungood is built up. Best structure all year, ready for the 8/9 day grind.

Main Event - 66% to Max. Ready to run it.

Made day 2 but with only 12,050 chips to start the 500 level. It was a rather annoying day overall as I had a very tough table for day 1 of the main, yet was crushed in a few hands by the spew monkeys on my direct left while in control and building elsewhere. Satisfied with my play but was the way it went.

Back at it Tuesday at noon, one day at a time.

Made day 3 with 67,000 chips to start the 1600 level. It was an odd day overall. Things were smooth and nice to begin, where I brought the 12k up to 50k in the first two levels without a showdown. I then doubled before dinner break, in a spot where everything that needed to happen in the hand for me to win did, and ship =). That took me up to ~110k where the last couple levels were rather brutal. Nada went right and at 67k to end the night.

One day at a time.......back at it Thursday at noon.

Made day 4 with 88k chips to start the 4k level. The day started out great where I was up to 150k during the middle of the 2k level with minimal showdowns. Then for the last 4-5 hours of play I went completely dead in all spots, and bled to 88k to end the 3k level. New table draw tomorrow with the money bubble approaching. We'll see how it goes! No days off from here until the final table. One day at a time......

Still no rush buddy! Find good spots! If you can hold your own I imagine you'll find it easier than one would think, to cash, because of the size of the field. Not uncommon for people with 3x their starting stack to cash in fields of this size, they drop like flies and lots of inexperienced players still to bust.

Like you said, one day at a time but even a little more...one level at a time, one round at a time, one hand at a time

PS. Not saying to be an uber nit, I just think there's value in avoiding things like shoving the button with K high or spots like that. With your stack you can find better spots and when you double () you'll cash this and then be movin on to epicness in all it's glory. Save the best for last bruddah! glgl

So fitting, bubbled. Almost unbelievable....right near the bubble in the 5k level get it in for a 200k pot QQ vs AQo....J hi flop, A turn =/, J river....so rigged. First all in pre flop of the tourney again, busted the main last year on the first aipf as well, day 6. So fun, so lost. Whatcanyado.

I'll update soon, maybe with a review of the series and also with future plans. Online poker is really messing everything up, all is up in the air. Time to figure out the best plan for the future in poker. Long way to go, all is good. Life is good.

Thanks all, I've been taking it easy since the main, lost without the online pokers.....4th month of being a sole live player after 6 years of playing for a living the majority online. Maybe will be merging it up a bit here soon.

I'm in LA now for the Legends of Poker. I played the first event today. Planned to post beforehand from the Bike but they blocked 2+2 from being accessed on their wireless, odd. Today was a $335 bounty event, didn't get much going but the fields are looking nice. 20% sold to Max. Planning to be here up to the main. This weekend's 4 day 1, re-entry $335 is shaping to be a big field, looking to ship.
