Just decided last minute to do June and July out of town. So I unexpectedly have a house available for wsop.

House has a great master, 2 sizable aux bedrooms, and 2 smaller aux bedrooms. Master bath for master bedroom, upstairs full hall bath services the other 3 BR upstairs, full downstairs bath services downstairs living area and downstairs bedroom. 3 great and large living spaces (2 downstairs, one upstairs). The small bedrooms are an office and a fitness room now. Can clear that out or leave it at your option. There’s also an office in half of one of the downstairs living areas. Awesome space to relax, grind, cook, read, whatever.

Pros: great house, clean, excellent neighborhood in Summerlin, excellent neighbors, quiet, small backyard w grill and fire pit, park nearby, about 3800 sqft, 5 bedroom, 3 full bath, no scorpions(!!), flexible dates. Very near downtown summerlin, groceries, coffee, lifetime fitness, red rock, etc. We can custom stock the house for your arrival, including groceries if timing aligns. Want a poker table in there? We can make it happen. Whatever you want. Use of car(s) even negotiable. Maid service biweekly can make it weekly if desired. House has an alarm but the neighborhood is awesome so it’s a bit overkill.

Cons: only one master bedroom, no pool.

Rates negotiable (market appx 6500/mo) but no parties, no smoking (MJ or cigs) in the house, and no driving like an ass in the neighborhood. Lots of kids around, and we have great neighbors. References please, just a few reputable people that say you will be respectful and won’t destroy my home. Likewise I have plenty of folks on here who can vouch for me, some of whom have been to my house. If interested DM me and in the meantime I’ll get some photos together.
