Are you saying you need to get the initial work done by the end of July or the entire SEO project itself? If the latter, don't expect a reputable company to contact you because SEO is an ongoing process and it can take months for a campaign to deliver any results.
Send a PM to cwar - he works for a reputable firm and he can probably refer you to someone if he can't take you as a client.
