Would prefer 8gb ram, 2.66 or higher processor, and a 7200rpm hd (size not a big deal).

Have cash, if you're in the NJ/NYC area we could meet up to exchange or if not we can find a 3rd party probably.

$2600 new if you buy from Apple directly (2.66 and 8gb ram). One recently went on CL for $2k w/ 3.06, 8gb, and 250gb ss hd (which is just an insane deal).
