Looking for someone to take over the contract on my apartment in Cebu in like (estimated) 2-3 weeks from now (so maybe 1st of May or so) because I'm relocating to a house. The contract however ends on 10th of June (which then can be extended). The apartment is semi-furnished.

What is included in the apartment?
* Queen size bedframe
* Combined Wardrobe+Shelf
* Water heater in the shower (8 months old)

The reason I'm looking for someone to take over the contract is basically because I have got 2 aircons installed, 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs, which I'd like to sell to the person who will take over the contract. (For total 18k PHP/440 USD)


The apartment is 2 floors with bedroom upstairs and kitchen+toilet+small livingroom/office area downstairs. About 20sqm up and about 20sqm down. So perfect size for a grinder (+GF). Absolutely not BALLER though, but for sure as good of value as you can find in a decent & safe location in Cebu city, trust me, I've been looking around.. The building itself is like 2-3 years old and in prime condition.

so, just moved to a new place yesterday and need someone to take over the apartment asap, its 1month and 9 days left on the contract. If anyone is interested ill settle for 1 months rent and youll get both the aircons for free (which is basically same value or more as the 1 month rent, but will save me the hassle of finding someone to buy them).

Alright, so just over a month left on the contract now. And to clarify, you will get the aircons for FREE if you take it now and pay the last months rent.


(The aircons themselves are worth about the same as the monthly rent so its a win win since Im not going to be staying there anyway, and then I wont have to find someone to buy the aircons..)
