I booked this house in early February, and due to the recent legislation, despite that we're getting our money back, I can no longer do the wsop (joining the real world yay). I am looking to try to pass the rental on to someone else, or a group of people. I know the owner said that he got a ton of interest in it after I booked it, and I know it is really hard to find decent houses at this point, so I'm guessing there has to be a group of people still interested?

Anyways, the rental is for 3 weeks, June 20th-July 10th. If you want it for longer, I know it is available after June 7th on, and there is a 10% discount for 4 weeks.

It has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bath, pool, hot tub, grill, etc. It is located in the Rhodes Ranch golf community which I hear is nice and has decent golf.

The cost is $1100/week, and with tax, cleaning fees, and utilities it comes out to $3864. The security deposit is only $500.

How far from rio most will want to know

Sorry, forgot. About 9-11 miles. Though I hear going from the 215 and backroads to the Rio is relatively fast and you miss traffic.

take durango (road that its on) to flamingo road, make a right and rio is straight ahead, probably easier and depending what time of day, quicker then going on the highway and having to deal with the construction and the ******s on the highway that dont know how to merge or drive in general, gl op

IMO

most times of day 215-rainbow (usually the highway isnt that bad until you get past rainbow) then take rainbow up to flamingo is the fastest way to do this.

Trying to get this moved to someone else before I go on vacation next week. If someone wants to get it transferred to their name, I'll cover half the rent until you find roommates, and I'd help you find them. So you'd just be paying half the rent plus $500 security deposit until 2 or more roommates are secured.

Yeah, same here, considering at this time last year there was literally no houses to rent. Might be people unwilling to put down the full price, which is why I offered to pay for half until they found roommates (cause obviously there's a bunch of people who need a place judging by the posts in this forum).
