I have a house for the summer (3br) about 5 miles from RIO (pretty much on the 15).
I share with two online/ live grinders - one was about 60th in the main last year and is a HSMTT grinder, the other is an online MSMTT grinder... both are around 30... one is from Michigan, one from Chicago
They both will play pretty much every event starting at midday, and are sharing a rental to cruise up to strip to grind.
Not a party house (at all), but 420 friendly.
Lots of online grinding, watching sports, and Starcraft/ League of Legends in downtime.
Has a hot tub... decor is pretty slick... cable and wireless of course... pool table (from memory)... no outdoor pool though
BR is a big room with king sized bed. On the fancy side.

I want $500 for those 10 days... (which is cost)
You should probably chip in 10 bucks a day for car rental, but I doubt they'd ask.
