That time again -
each year for the last 5 I've rented a house with 5-8 pros - we have a lot of fun, but the house takes its poker very seriously - some play full schedule... some are at gym, or meditating, many are grinding online majors when not at WSOP/ VDSE event... one guy mostly grinds 5-10 and 10-25 nlhe at the rio...

The guys are mostly 30+/- a few years... I'm much older but also play the whole series (have like 800k in live and online cashes over career) - but (in case you are wondering, 420 is more or less constant - I don't myself, and have no ideas how you guys do it and stay awake at the table, but whatever)

House is 4br
- two rooms for sharing, and one with king and one with queen
- very big pool and patio with big grill
- just remodeled house
- about 15m from rio

Price
- if you want whole series, 42 nights, it is 1500 for shared room
- about 2250 for one of the big rooms by yourself

We have 3 for sure places for the whole thing...
We can do something for shorter periods - it gets clumsy trying to fill it, but 60 bucks a night is a rough estimate...
There will be 3 cars there - people driving - we are very very good about helping each other out with rides, hanging out at rio until people are done, or driving people there even when not playing...
Car rental is about 25 per day in Vegas for a tiny Kia or whatever...
Last year two guys went deep in main, so we extended it for a few days (the 12th is like day 4)

There is much swapping of action, but we rarely stake people completely..

To lock it up, you will need half of total for whole period... the other half when you arrive...
