We are a group of French professional poker players (We can be recalled and trusted easily in the french poker community), we have booked a villa in Las Vegas for the WSOP in October this year.
Unfortunately, It seems that It’s gonna be hard for us to come in the US due to COVID regulations.
We are now looking for a group interested in renting our Villa from the October 5th to 19th.
So far, if we cancel the booking we lost 50% of the whole price. We asked the tenant and she’s ok to refund us totally if someone retrieve our booking.

Of course Everything will be handle via Airbnb. We are up to give a 10% discount.
The booking is 15000$.

The listing itself states that for those two weeks in October the price is ~10,000 pounds, or roughly $13,800. Why are you asking more?

I have no idea why the price got down (probably due to covid regulation) but when we booked in April we paid exactly 10.948£
I convert it today rougly in 15K$.

Looks like you can rent it on the US AirBNB site for $13,651 all-in.

Not sure why someone would offer $15,000 for the same place...

I am sorry that you missunderstood my point. My english is not that good.
Let me rephrase, I ll try to be clearer.

At NO point we want to find someone to treat with us for 15K$ or any amount.
We just want to find someone to take our booking.

I was naive and thought that the price would be the same that we paid in april then I indicate the amount 10948£ that we paid convert in $.
We would be more than happy if anybody could have the house for 13K$ all in, even less. That would mean our booking is automatically canceled and we ll have a full refund.
The problem today is the tenant agreed to cancel the booking if there is a replacement. If we cancel we lose 50% of the price due to covid policy that we were not aware when we did the booking.
