I need a program to input data from a swiped credit card, as well as some other data, into a web form.

Here is the web form:
https://www.chargesmart.com/pay
If you type in a payee name (think credit card companies, mortgage companies, utilities) and choose a random payee, other fields will appear and you can put fake information in so that you can see all of the fields. The name and address fields on the right hand side will auto fill, based on the information of the account holder that is logged in

I want to use a basic USB credit card reader like the one that you see at restaurants and some smaller stores. Once the card is swiped, I want that data (card number, expiration date, and CVV code) entered onto the form.

There is other data, too, that I need to put into that web form (in addition to the "payment source" data collected by the aforementioned USB card reader). There are approximately 10 other combinations of this data (10 sets of data in addition to the data from the swiped card.

The ideal workflow is (1) select one of these 10 sets of data; (2) swipe 40 cards; (3) select another set from the 10 sets of data; (4) swipe another 40 cards.

I'd want there to be minimal work for the user beyond selecting the set of data and then swiping 2-4 dozen cards.

One thing is that the web form has a lot of java script and that may interfere. So, heads up on that.

I am not sure what a fair wage is for doing something like this but I am not looking to short change anyone. We can talk about what's involved and what a fair wage would be.

Also, if the software that you can develop is not perfect (ie. does not do everything that I described) I might be ok with that. So, feel free to inquire even if you see an issue with building exactly what I describe.

I mostly work on a Mac but I am open to using the program in Windows or using Parallels to run Windows 7 on my mac.

I may be interested depending on how much and also how many hours per week. Since I am currently in college so do not want it to interfere but need a part-time job.
Also how payment would be made?

Do you think you could complete it within 3 weeks of when we get started?

I am in the US so I am not sure what payment methods are viable (you seem to be in Canada). I have bank accounts at all the big banks in the US & a Paypal account. There are also money sending services like RIA, Western Union, and Moneygram, which are all doable for me.
