In for jerky for sure.

I agree with just about everything Gonso posted with regard to preferred flavor, but would surely enjoy just about anything. The less sugar involved the better IMO.

I don't check the market place often but will definitely buy multiple bags. Please PM me when you are ready to sell.

If you make a business, and your jerky is good, I see no reason why you shouldn't succeed with it, your reputation can only grow from here. It's up to you what you want to make of it.

I bought like 10lbs of beef tonight. I'm planning on making the similar teriyaki w/ some crushed red pepper, some standard black pepper stuff, maybe a teriyaki garlic & spice which will be less soy-saucy and maybe any other thing we can think of

remade the sesame teriyaki with sriacha and light red pepper flakes but i fell asleep while dehydrating. It's much drier than the last batch which means its a little harder and tougher. Still pretty good.

I also made a black pepper variety as well as a garlic & spice. Haven't weighed the yields yet.
