Okay update, I currently have a large batch dehydrating. It's my standard goto sesame teriyaki, and price points will be determined when I get yields. I used top round this time because that's what I could get in a family pack, I couldn't find top sirloin at all. The difference for jerky will be negligible, maybe slightly more marbled.

In case anyone cares about nutritionals, I worked up a verybasic calc in excel based on my ingredients and guessed on my yields. If the yield varies, all the nutritionals vary as well. So I will update this thread later based on that.

Okay, I yielded a tad bit over 1lb 8oz, so I am going to ship 3.5oz bags instead of 4oz this way I can ship 7 bags instead of only 6.

Limited quantities obv so I am going to ship to the first people to PM and pay through paypal or amazon payments, and I'm going to ask $6 shipped to the US. For anyone who doesn't get and still wants, I will do again next weekend and obviously increase how much I make. $6 is comparable to what s20 posted but I'm including shipping the price while I'm trying to get reviews.
