Price is $210/night for single room. $120/night for shared room (2 people, budget option). Negotiable if staying longer than a week.

Our group of ~10 people is professional. No parties, no drugs, no loud music at the house. We have 2 content events scheduled (live play tips, main event tips), cars to get around, and grind schedules. Everything is set for a successful series.

If you are coming to Vegas for the first time, you'll be in good hands. A few of the people staying are my long term poker students who are in Vegas for the first time as well.

I'm at the house now, it's very nice. We have a pool table, a pool, basketball court, tennis court, grill, and more. And the things are actually in great condition, not some abandoned stuff. Really awesome!
