how would the seat be transfered? is it some kind of a ticket? and why not just sell it there for around 5k to save some money?

3.5k seems like something id to, but to be honest id probubly jsut go there and sell it for 5k, and im just curious why you wouldnt do this?

I already have a seat but you definetely are allowed to transfer them. I almost did that myself.
